Northern Lights

 This week at school we looked at the Northern Lights on the prairies.  We looked at the science and the indigenous story behind the Aurora Borealis.  Students viewed different articles and art pieces, recorded their wonders, wrote about their understandings and created their own art piece.

Appreciate where you lives affects your identity

Investigate and appreciate that Canada is a vast country with different people stories and histories

Create using pastels as a medium

Gather and represent information from a variety of text and medias.
